I agree with a good 9 because it is a great book but not the best i have ever read Smile

Eldest is the better book that gets the 10 Smile

Well, I think that there's room for improvement on every book. "Eragon" was the first book that CP ever wrote, y'know.

And welcome to the forum, Ashley.

um... I said 10 because I thought it meant the whole series, but if it's only Eragon, I would say 9. I liked Eldest better.

I put a nine: great book but not my favorite (if some of you have been reading some of my other posts, you know that I like Eragon a bit better then Eldest, so that isn't my favorite book either). Inheritance is awesome, but there are better books out there.

Well, I L-O-V-E Pendragon (hence my avatar), I also L-O-V-E The Lost Years of Merlin. I also really like reading pretty much any fantasy books...and I just started Twilight a few days ago. It's awesome so far ( I love fantasy and romance). I'll have to think about that question a bit more.

PostSubject: Twilight   Fri Jun 20, 2008 11:23 am

Well, Twilight is somewhat romanciesh, but not too "mushy". It has vampires, werewolves, and is REAL good! I still think you should try it, Nelly! Tell me what you think of it when you do! I love you

You guys are SO awesome! Very Happy Any guy at my school would be too embarassed to admit reading it, since it is romance and all. I love you I have read the whole twilight series. It will not dissappoint you. tongue Did you know they are making it into a movie? The trailer is on youtube! It looks REAL good!

I know, I'm really excited about the movie...although I haven't seen the trailer because I don't what what I think the characters look like to be superimposed by what the movie portrays them as until I've read all the books (or at least the first two)! And I still fail to understand why some guys think that romance is 'girly' or 'unmanly' or whatever they're thinking--romance is awesome!

!!!!! I just read the first like 13 pages of Twilight at a bookstore on Monday, and I'll be getting it at the library ASAP!

But, if y'all wanna keep on talking about Twilight, make a thread about in a different section of the forum. I'm a mod and I'm supposed to be keeping people on topic.

Awesome! I didn't know that any guys liked romance. Most of the guys at my school are dense babbons who barely read at all, especially a romance! Cool This is just too cool geek

Tempest...Aravelle...Shades can't like romance! I'll admit, Eragon is good.(great). But it is not romance.

Romance is...okay...but I wouldn't read a book that was, like, JUST romance. That would be to much for me. I need action!!!
