If there was going to be be more than one more book then I think it's possible that CP might put something like that about Garrow's past in, but as we only have one more installment left then I dobt he'll do much beating about the bush, there's pleanty of stuff that he needs to tie up in this last book and it doesnt need any complications.

Welcome to the forum Merix, and I love your avi!! xD
I don't nkow, he might do something about the past of alagaesia, perhaps through the eyes of a (soon to be)great rider during the golden age. I heard that CP will be writing a few alagaesian short stories Wink

Yeah, that is a really cool avi. And I doubt that Garrow was in the Varden.

Yes, i don't think CP will keep running circles in circles. There have to be a few 'nobodys' in the story, you know?

Don't quite get what you mean by 'nobodys'.

Well, I mean someone who isn't thickly involved. Example: Brom was more than Brom, Selena was more than just selena. They served multiple roles in the story. So by nobody I guess I mean one role.

Well, Garrow wasn't really alive for most of the series now, was he? I wonder what Eragon pictures him as now.

I haven't the slightest. He still admires him obviously. Perhaps he is simply his uncle who raised him, and he is grateful to him.

I agree with Sam. It wouldn't be as good of a story if EVERYONE was seceretly a dragon rider and someones step father and Snape and in love with Selena. That just becomes lame.

well if you had read Harry Potter and understood Snapes apparent hatred of shampoo, you would get it.
