What will happen to the Werecats?

Will Solembum die? Will he marry Maud? What will happen to the Werecat species?

Do you really think that there aren't any more werecats besides Maud and Solumbum? It's not that small of a world.

I voted for more hidden werecats. I wish I could turn into a cat...

I think there are a few more around. And to be honest, I think that Maud and Solly were cat-lovers at one time. Remember how Solly purrs when Eragon talks about Maud with him? Look, it's Solly!

i like the werecats and i think they might have some big parts to play later in the story so i cant wait to read about them and find out

Maybe we will hear other advice from them throught out the remaining books.

I think we're bound to hear a little more about and from them in Brisingr.

Surely yes maybe we will hear Brisingr from Arya's point of view too and she will get some sort of thingy.

Here's some interesting info about werecats from a new CP interveiw:

Q: During the war with the Forsworn, did the already limited werecat population suffer casualties and if so, to what degree?

A: They did suffer some casualties. We’ll learn more about the werecats in Book Four.

So it sounds like they'll play a big role in book 4.
