The New Cover!

There has been lots of speculation about the 4th book cover.
Will it be a green dragon? Will it be a different picture?

Ya...I really think that the cover is going to have a green dragon cause thats what everyone is expecting...but you never know...it could be some other color.

It'll be the green dragon. CP said that that's what book 3 would be, but that was before the 3/4 split. So it'll be moved to book four.

Most likely this one will be our green friend, alien

but I'd love to see Palancar draw Shruikan. THAT would be cool! Also, there is a minor possibility of it being perhaps a teal/aqua dragon..or maybe even an egg! (It would be the offspring of Saph and Greenie)

Maybe it will just end up being some extra art done by Palancar. Nobody knows yet (except maybe Angela...)

I think that it will be the green dragon...and I don't think that the color dragon's offspring would be a mix of the parent's colors...that doesn't really make sense genetically. Also, then the dragon race would all be a murky brown by now.

No, I didn't make a mistake. John Jude Palancar does the cover art for the US version and some various other versions. Paolini doesn't decide it, like most authors. Besides, everyone does make mistakes, so cut some slack to those who do, even if it is a dumb one.
