| I agree, I thought that it was cool when he changed because he was better then a human, but not as good as an elf...if you get what i mean. | |

| And it fixed his back. If that didn't happen, he could never defeat Galbatorix. | |

| it was sort of a needed thing. I mean there was no chance of him even going into battle and surviving with his back. | |

| I thought the change was pretty cool. Remember, the Inheritance series are teenage books, so they're bound to have some differnet content *coughtwinscough*. I still thought that the dragon coming off them was neat, though. I do believe Eragon is human, because the only way for him to be an elf would be for him to have elven blood. And the only way he can do that is if he was born with it. And if he was, he would have looked like one his whole life. I just think of the elvishness as a side affect of being a rider. I wonder if they'll put the change in the movie(without the twins, of course. That's one thing I can understand them cutting out.) | |

| The change was amazing! One of the best parts of the book by far. He now is a being with the best of the elvish race, and the best of the human (throw in a Dragon, some magic, and a cool name like Eragon and you've pretty much created the coolest guy ever !)! Also it was such a relief after the whole book we were so upset that he couldn't do anything because of his wound from Durza. | |

| Yep, so true Tempest, but then Arya has to make things all depressing again! Poor Poor Eragon Love hurts You have to feel bad for him, just a little. I know I do!

| Yeah, Aravelle, but humans(even half elf ones) and Elves don't mix. Eragon is still only half Arya's species. | |

| They mix sometimes! And besides, Eragon is an exception to most things...I think that this could be no different! | |

I agree with Tempest The change just made Eragon even more awesome, if possible! | |
