How was the twilight movie?

What do you think it needed or didn't need?

Haven't seen it yet. I'm to afraid it'll kill the book.

I reeeeeally want to see it, but I haven't yet!!!!!

I saw it and just got back. It was good but they could have spent a lot more time on the CGI (computer generated images for those who aren't nerds! ) in the sun scene. I can't call it the meadow seen because it wasn't in the meadow. Angela, Eric, and Jacob were NOT Angela, Eric, and Jacob. I did not like the cast for them. It was pretty good otherwise. Victoria's hair wasn't orange enough for me but everything else was fine. They added a few scenes but they were still really good. Although, I did notice that after the james scene and when she was walking and was in her cast for her leg she wasn't limping. Little things like that annoyed me. There were some girls that were laughing and one of them at the end was texting, "Edward was so hawt!" When they were laughing I couldn't hear the movie so they were annoying. The movie was great overall and I gave it an 8. Wow that's a long review and tried not to give too many spoilers for those who haven't seen it but yeah. I've typed enough so heres the end!

I think edward and bella didn't seem close enogh for me. I liked how they did the ending cause they set it up for new moon but i also didn't like it cause they didn't have her birthday sence and i love that. I think they needed to change edwards skin in the sun. I didn't mind the casting at all. I think jaspers hair needed to be a diffrent style and i loved alice and carlsie. jacob wasn't my favorite but he was ok. And then up stairs they had tech problms and the movie cut off half way into it but they got it working after like 20 miinutes and while they were fiking it i started to talk to some really hot girl so that didn't bother me that much. But over all i rate it 8.5

The birthday will most likely be the beginning of new moon. It is the 1st chapter, after all. It wasn't supposed to be great; it was supposed to be creepy and cool all at once. So, in that sense they did a good job. I hated Jasper's hair, otherwise he was good. oh come on! Jacob was so not how I pictured him. And Angela and Eric were not how I pictured him. In a way, Angela reminded me of Rita Skeeter.

Yeah I hope it is cause that is one of my favorite sences. And jacob won't start getting taller till new moon when he becomes a werewolf i think he was plenty high.

i really didnt know what to say about the movie.....it was good and close to the book but it seemed like there was just to many small diffrences wich made it distracting

overall it wasnt bad its just that the book was better

Books are ALWAYS better. After seeing eragon i set me expectations VERY low so thats why i like it so much.

They made it more 'modern' like more of a teen flick. I bugged me so...

it didn't really follow the book in my opinion.......

It did for the most part.

I only consider it a film version, not exactly perfect. I t was based off the book, but they added and subtracted stuff, like one would with a basic receipe. It's still the same food, just with some differences. If you didn't expect perfection, the twilight 'essence' was still there.

nice case just nice lol but i thought it was a great movie they cut off some but only the un-imortant stuff which i thought was good *yawn* im really tired

Did any of you hear that Catherine Hardwicke(the director) was fired and is now replaced by the man who directed the golden compass? I'm not worried though, I heard it was a fine movie. They are possibly getting rid of taylor lautner as well..(jacob black)

Because he really needs to have a dramatic physical change, like in New moon. He is so scrawny, but he is trying to gain more muscle. He has gained 19 pounds in muscle and promises 10 more. He must really want the role...
