I agree with a good 9 because it is a great book but not the best i have ever read

Eldest is the better book that gets the 10

Yes i agree there were deffinatly things that could have been improved.

Well, I think that there's room for improvement on every book. "Eragon" was the first book that CP ever wrote, y'know.

um... I said 10 because I thought it meant the whole series, but if it's only Eragon, I would say 9. I liked Eldest better.

I put a nine: great book but not my favorite (if some of you have been reading some of my other posts, you know that I like Eragon a bit better then Eldest, so that isn't my favorite book either). Inheritance is awesome, but there are better books out there.

Well, I L-O-V-E Pendragon (hence my avatar), I also L-O-V-E The Lost Years of Merlin. I also really like reading pretty much any fantasy books...and I just started Twilight a few days ago. It's awesome so far ( I love fantasy and romance). I'll have to think about that question a bit more.

Yes! I just discovered the Twilight books, and I'm almost done with the first one. They're really good.

You guys are SO awesome! Any guy at my school would be too embarassed to admit reading it, since it is romance and all. I have read the whole twilight series. It will not dissappoint you. Did you know they are making it into a movie? The trailer is on youtube! It looks REAL good!

I know, I'm really excited about the movie...although I haven't seen the trailer because I don't what what I think the characters look like to be superimposed by what the movie portrays them as until I've read all the books (or at least the first two)! And I still fail to understand why some guys think that romance is 'girly' or 'unmanly' or whatever they're thinking--romance is awesome!

Awesome! I didn't know that any guys liked romance. Most of the guys at my school are dense babbons who barely read at all, especially a romance! This is just too cool

Tempest...Aravelle...Shades can't like romance! I'll admit, Eragon is good.(great). But it is not romance.

Romance is...okay...but I wouldn't read a book that was, like, JUST romance. That would be to much for me. I need action!!!
