about the podcast, ditch 2 of them, really, that way one will be REALLY good and the others won't get in the way. As for the sites, more than one is good as long as there not like the exact same thing.

EHQF, umm, a co admin would do the trick.
EHQ, it's ok, but some typos, and I would like it 3 time as much if it was wordpress blog-based, it'd look more proofessional too.
