When will Book 4 come out?

I think the earliest it'll come out is Summer/Fall 2010, and the latest is Summer/Fall 2011. I hope that it comes out soon!

I hope that it comes out that early, but I doubt it. CP is really slow. (no offence to him, but it's true)
I mean, it was THREE YEARS between Eldest and Brisingr! If he takes exactly three years on Book 4, it'll be September 20, 2011!!!
But I think that he'll go a bit faster this time. I hope so anyways.

me too because he probably has the book all planned out since he decided that brisingr had to be split into 2 books

Yes, that's why I think that it'll go faster than three years. Though, this is the final book, so he needs to make sure that he incorperates every little detail, and he needs to tie up every little loose thread in the story. I mean, he can't just say "Oh, I'll decide who the next Dragon Rider is in the next book" or "I'll establish Eragon's love interest *cough*nasuada*cough* later". He has to finish EVERYTHING, so I don't know how long it'll take.

Didnt cp say that book 4 was origionally bonded with brisingr? S that would mean he might have a decent chunk done already. Of course, this is probably the hardest book to write.
