I am very sad to say that the rest of the debate was lost because of the expiration on the old website. :/ I may have a bit more of it saved somewhere, but I'll have to check.

It's been so long, I really hope there wasn't too much more that isn't here. It was fun while it lasted, but I haven't seen Zeb on here and I don't have any way to contact him.

zeb, how many times to i have to say this to you? it would be perfectly logical for cp to have him get together with either of them. he's already set a ground in the first book about how beautiful eragon sees arya as, plus he carried her across the empire. on the other side, we've got nasuada, who eragon describes in detail, and also mentions that she's beautiful. in the three books, eragon slowly breaks down arya's walls, and i suspect that in the next book, she'll open up completely to him, though i don't know if she'll get together with him. however, it would be practical for cp to have him get together with nasuada, as he has thought about her in the past. it's all a matter on what would make the better book. personally, i think the books would be best either way, arya for all the people who like to think that they're destined for one another, and nasuada, which would provide a bit of controversy and contradiction for what he's hinted toward in the whole series.

also, i believe that arya is the woman from his fortune telling, because it speaks of noble birth, and nasuada was not born nobly, was she? they were on the run, and ajihad had no political power over the varden at that time. whether the fortune ends in grief or happiness remains to be seen.
